This compact and economical valve performs four important functions for your LMI pump:

• Diaphragm type anti-syphon protection
• Back pressure
• Priming aid/line drain
• Pressure Relief

Priming with the 4FV is simple and is achieved by turning of the pressure relief knob (black). A recommended accessory for every LMI electromagnetic pump.

The injection check valve prevents backflow from a treated line. Fitted at the injection point, it acts as a non-return valve and also creates artificial counter-pressure, preventing any siphoning.

Bleed valve for outgassing products, e.g. sodium hypochlorite / liquid bleach and H₂O₂ / hydrogen peroxide, with permanently adjustable bleed.

Our maintenance kits contain the most important wear parts of a dosing pump (e.g. diaphragms, valve seats, valve balls, seals) and enable preventive maintenance of the dosing pumps.

Our dosing pumps are known for problem-free, continuous operation. As a precautionary measure, however, we recommend the regular replacement of wear parts - the frequency of these measures depends on the operating conditions. Our suggestion for trouble-free operation: anual maintenance.
